Housekeeping lead

Are you passionate about cleanliness and leadership? We're looking for a Housekeeping Lead to help maintain our high standards and lead a dedicated team. In this role you will be leading a team of housekeepers on the ground, travelling from site to site to get our rental properties ready for check-in. Bocobay is a luxury vacation rental management company and we pride ourselves on the quality of our hospitality, which has allowed us to quickly grow our portfolio on the island to grow to 150 properties. We have plans to keep growing, and we can't do so without the right team in place!

AT BOCOBAY YOU WILL

• Ensure every property is spotless and meets our strict quality requirements
• Lead from the front - all of our Housekeeping Leads clean and prepare our properties on-site, together with their teams
• Use our internal app to report maintenance issues
• Oversee daily housekeeping operations
• Train and mentor staff

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Proven experience in housekeeping
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Work permit and drivers licence
