Dear colleagues,
From Madrid, SBCC—an international center for complementary culinary education that has been hosting young chefs, sommeliers, and front-of-house managers for internships since 2014—is offering internship opportunities at top restaurants and hotels in Spain and Portugal for students of foreign languages, culinary arts, restaurant management, and hotel management.
Our interns receive:
– Accommodation
– Weekday meals
– Uniform
– A monthly scholarship of €300–400–500
Our portfolio includes over 100 restaurants with 1-, 2-, and 3-Michelin-stars, as well as those listed in The 50 Best rankings, plus several 4- and 5-star hotels, some of which have earned 1, 2, or 3 Michelin keys. These hotels also offer remarkable experiences with internships ranging from 4 months up to 2 years.
