Renova Spa Aruba is seeking energetic and outgoing Freelance Pool Massage Therapists to provide relaxing massage treatments to guests in a luxury resort environment.

This position is ideal for therapists who enjoy interacting with guests, working outdoors, and promoting wellness services in a dynamic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Provide professional poolside massage treatments according to Renova Spa standards
Approach guests in a friendly and professional manner
Promote and sell spa treatments and wellness services
Maintain high standards of hygiene and guest care
Contribute to achieving daily sales and service objectives

Requirements

Certification in Massage Therapy or a related wellness field
Friendly, outgoing, and sales-oriented personality
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in a resort environment
Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Previous spa, wellness, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
