Sixt Aruba Rent A Car is looking for a friendly and organized Car Rental Agent to help customers and support daily operations.

Position: Car Rental Agent

Location: Hyatt Place (next to the airport)

Full time: 48 hours

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and help them rent and return cars
• Handle bookings, reservations, and payments
• Explain rental terms and vehicle features
• Answer phone calls and emails, and help solve customer issues

Requirements:

• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Fluent in English (Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento is a plus)
• Reliable, on time, and works well with others
• Experience is a plus, but not required
