As a Marketing and Communications Intern at Grant Thornton Aruba, you’ll be supporting the Marketing and Communications Officer for Aruba and Bonaire. You will be the point of contact for all brand guidelines and communication questions. Together you will be responsible for continually enhancing our brand image and implementing our communication strategy. You must be able to work independently as well as in teams and have good organizational sensitivity.

You will assist with:

• Content management across digital platforms (website, social media, intranet)
• Creating and scheduling social media campaigns
• Email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and client communications
• Supporting development of Google Ads and other digital advertising efforts
• Graphic design support using Adobe applications
• Event coordination and promotional material development
• Monitoring brand consistency in all internal and external communications

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or Communications
• You have basic knowledge of graphic design and editing software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• You are creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• You can work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamento
• Experience or interest in email marketing and digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) is considered an asset
