Econo Car Rental Aruba is seeking a friendly, organized Car Rental Agent to assist customers and support daily rental operations.

Key Duties:

- Greet and assist customers with rentals and returns

- Process reservations and payments

- Explain rental terms and vehicle features

- Handle phone/email inquiries and resolve issues

Requirements:

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- Fluent in English. Dutch, Spanish, or Papiamento is a plus

- Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented

- Previous experience is helpful but not required
