We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing operations in Aruba. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of goods, supervising a dynamic team, optimizing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with customs and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and support the handling and movement of cargo.
• Monitor unloading and operational activities to ensure efficient and organized workflow.
• Maintain proper control and general oversight of inventory and warehouse records.
• Guide and coordinate the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Work together with internal teams and external partners to support timely processing and delivery.
• Ensure the warehouse environment remains safe, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a warehouse or logistics (assistant) manager
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and freight documentation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve logistical problems on the fly.
• Fluent in English and Papiamento. Dutch and Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
