Wrenches, not paperwork. Bon Bini Cargo Services keeps Aruba's cargo moving with heavy-duty Mack and other trucks, self-loading container trailers (sideloaders), forklifts, and more. We are looking for a Diesel Mechanic with hands-on experience who wants varied, real mechanical work every day.

What you'll work on

• Heavy-duty trucks and tractors (Mack, Ford, and others), container chassis, and sideloader trailers.

• Forklifts, light- and medium-duty trucks, and generators.

What you'll do

• Maintain, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

• Carry out preventive maintenance

• Test your repairs, document your work per job order, and keep a clean, safe workshop.

What you bring

• Experience as a diesel or truck mechanic, or solid mechanical experience with technical training.

• Ability to troubleshoot independently — you like figuring out the cause, not just swapping parts.

• Experience with air brakes, hydraulics, truck electrical systems, or welding is a strong plus.

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a safety-first attitude.

• Driver's license B (C/E is a plus). English and/or Spanish/Papiamiamento; Dutch is a plus.
