What You'll Do

As a Territory Representative within the LDP, you will combine technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial execution to grow Milwaukee Tool's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Execute in-store merchandising and inventory strategies, ensuring products, displays, and promotional areas are fully stocked and aligned with brand standards.

✅ Maintain impactful product displays, signage, and planograms to maximize customer engagement and visibility.

✅ Lead store events, counter days, and product demonstrations that showcase Milwaukee's innovative solutions.

✅ Engage customers directly on the sales floor, identify their needs, and recommend the best solutions to drive conversion and sales.

✅ Partner with distributors and sales teams to expand product penetration, increase shelf space, and identify growth opportunities.

✅ Support end users and contractors through technical demonstrations, training sessions, application testing, and product education.

✅ Accompany distributor sales representatives on customer visits, providing both technical and commercial expertise.

✅ Develop territory penetration plans and identify opportunities for product replacement, standardization, and portfolio expansion.

✅ Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, and industry developments.

What We're Looking For

🎓 Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

🔧 Previous exposure to industrial environments, tools, power tools, or consumables is a plus.

💡 Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand customer processes and recommend effective solutions.

🤝 Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.

📊 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications.

🌎 English proficiency is preferred.

🚗 Valid driver's license required.

✈️ Availability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight travel.
