Job description

Banjolux is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant with a flair for design to join our team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for engaging with residential and commercial clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our range of premium products and services from our showroom location.

As a Sales Consultant, your key focus will be guiding clients through the selection process, offering expert advice, and building strong customer relationships to support successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance sales opportunities
• Maintain the showroom as per company standards
• Ability to take self initiative and be pro-active, team player and decision maker
• Daily and weekly sales tasks

Requirements

• Minimum M.A.V.O or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Basic understanding of sales principles
• Excellent Customer service practices
• Professional work ethic, well-organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to resolve issues in a timely/professional manner
• Experience in a similar position is a pre
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Ability to work full time with a rotating schedule (40 hours, 5 days a week)
• Valid work permit
