About the vacancy

Payroll Coordinators are responsible for all tasks relating to payroll processing such as collecting employee data and timesheets, calculating wages, issuing statements, detailing earnings and preparing pay slips.

Requirements
  • Degree in MBO accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and local legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and payroll systems.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Adherence to all prescribed ethical guideline, including strict confidentiality.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure and tight time frames.
  • Good math and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team.
