As a vacation rental coordinator, you are the face of the company, you will welcome our guests and assist them during their stay so they can bring home the greatest memories of their Aruba vacation!

Your duties will consist of inspecting vacation rental properties, answering guest’s emails and inquiries and you will be checking guests in and out. You will be part of an enthusiastic team at one of Aruba's premier condo resorts.

Requirements We are looking for someone that:

•Has excellent English writing & speaking skills, and at good knowledge of the Spanish language both written and verbal

•Has HAVO/MBO education and at least 2 years of working in hospitality

•Is very guest service oriented.

•Has a great eye for detail and is hands-on

•Is humble yet has an outgoing personality

•Is willing to work weekends & Holidays

•Can work well within a team and is willing to assist others.

•Has his/her own transportation
