About the vacancy

  • To assist the F&B Leaders in overseeing and ensuring daily smooth operations including banqueting functions and organized events.
  • Monitor staff attendance and grooming
  • To ensure sufficient stocks for daily use at outlets.
  • To prepare duty roster and roster staff for meal breaks.
  • Review logbook, reservations, VIP Reports and Group activities
  • To ensure the standards of service are delivered for breakfast, lunch and dinner
  • To assist in the monthly F & B promotions.
  • To guide / train new service staff.
  • To ensure daily cash and credit collections are in order.
  • To ensure neatness and cleanliness of workstation including hygiene aspects.
  • Inspect assigned workstations before opening to assure proper set-up
  • To attend to guest complaints, feedbacks and remedy situations.
  • Monitor seating in the restaurant
  • Visit tables and inquire with guest how they are enjoying their night
  • To ensure that all stocks are accounted for.
  • Monitor equipment and report malfunctions immediately
  • To record daily sales report.
  • To delegate duties to Outlets.
  • To be responsible for the sales and revenue, profits & losses
  • Any other duties may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management


Requirements and Qualifications

  • EPI Hospitality Diploma or 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
  • Follow Food Safety and HACCP Guidelines
  • Service Oriented
  • Can work different shifts
  • Has a valid Health card
  • Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
