Responsibilities

• Ensure that all night auditors are on their stations by the appointed time.
• Ensure check-ins are done correctly.
• Adjust outside vendor activity.
• Ensure all telephone calls and miscellaneous accounts are reconciled properly.
• Audit Food & Beverage Cashier’s work and room Cashier’s.
• Ensure that all deposit discrepancies are reported.
• Ensure room statistics are correct.
• Ensure that all remaining arrivals are accounted for or have been checked into the PMS correctly.
• Ensure all required morning reports are printed.
• Review and complete checklist.
• Check availability of rooms to sell.
• Ensure that all room reservations are handled according to procedures.
• Ensure that any walk-in registration is done professionally.
• Ensure that all registration cards are filed correctly.
• Ensure that any VIP check-in is done according to procedures.
• Ensure that all guest complains are reported and handled correctly.
• Print admin ledger balance and verify if current and past folios are zero.
• Ensure that any room change request is done correctly.
• Ensure guest mail, faxes and messages are handled strictly following procedures.
• Ensure all Lost and Found is handled with Security.
• Ensure Cashier drop sheet is filled in properly.
• Ensure all miscellaneous charges, correction vouchers, adjustment vouchers and paid outs are signed off and handled correctly.
• Count night auditors bank periodically and report any discrepancy.
• Assist Night Auditor were necessary and or perform night audit duties in time of need.
• Ensure daily report is complete and send to department heads.
• Ensure daily flash is done accurately before being mailed.
• Report any discrepancy of the night auditors to Asst Controller and Controller.
• Perform spot checks at other properties regular.
• Meeting with Night Auditors regular at least once a month, make notes and send to Controller.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HAVO or EPI Diploma with 2 years of experience as a Supervisor
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch
• Proficient in Microsoft 365
• Organized and detail oriented
• Can work independently and with confidentiality
