Responsibilities

Bar & Beverage Operations

• Set up, prepare, and maintain the bar daily
• Mix and serve drinks according to menu standards
• Restock coolers and maintain cleanliness of bar and storage areas
• Report equipment issues and communicate supply needs to management

Retail & Food Service

• Greet and assist customers; identify needs and upsell products
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked retail and food areas
• Take and serve food orders following hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with pricing, inventory counts, and store procedures

Key qualifications

• Minimum E.P.B. or equivalent.
• Experience in retail and bartending is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge is a must.
• English, Spanish, Papiamento, and Dutch is a plus.
• Flexible to work holidays, weekends, and shifts.
• Good team player.
• Strong communication, customer relations, and sales skills.
• Own transportation is a must.
• Able to work with Counterpoint.
• Basic computer skills.
