About the vacancy
On behalf of our client, "Financials4Rent", we are seeking a motivated Accounting Assistant to join our team and support our clients across different industries. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you’ll contribute directly to financial operations while gaining experience with diverse businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Process bank, cash, and credit card transactions on-site or at client offices
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Process monthly payroll for clients
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Carry out ad hoc assignments at client sites or in our office
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- MBO degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience in bookkeeping)
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Accurate, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Dutch, and Spanish
- Experience with QuickBooks Online, Odoo, or Excel is a Plus!
- Payroll knowledge in Celery or Payroll Pro is a Plus!
