Responsibilities

• Ensure there is always enough back up liquor
• Run to the storage area to get alcohol if any bartender runs out
• Change kegs when required
• Pick up empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar (called bussing)
• Wipe down tables and bar tops
• Re-stock garnishes and mixes
• Always ensure there is enough clean glassware
• Re-stock ice when needed
• Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station
• Any other reasonable duties as required 

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Diploma as a minimum with 1 year of experience as a Barback
• Fluent in English and Papiamento, Spanish and Dutch is a plus
• 18 years and up
• Good Computer skills
• Great communication skills with an outgoing personality
• Service oriented and Team Player
• Has great suggestive (up)selling skills
• Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines
• Has a valid Health card
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
