The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promoting the brand, products, and services, and driving customer engagement. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, creating content, managing social media, analyzing market trends, and assisting in brand strategy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Determining the marketing strategy and developing, implementing, and evaluating the marketing plan;
• Setting up, analyzing, and adjusting marketing campaigns;
• Managing online channels (website, social media, and other platforms)
• Identifying potential partners and establishing contacts;
• Analyzing marketing results;
• Creating content;
• Being proactive and creative in launching promotions and other marketing activities;
• Supporting the marketing team with various projects.

Requirements:

• A completed college education in the field of marketing and communications;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Experience with social media & digital marketing;
• Experience in B2B sales is a plus;
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and possesses graphic design skills;
• Creative, proactive, and shows initiative;
• Analytical thinking skills; able to translate data into reports;
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
