What will you do?

As part of our Finance team, you will gain hands-on experience in day-to-day financial operations while gradually taking ownership of assigned areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Execute daily financial administrative tasks according to established deadlines and KPIs (e.g., accounts receivable, daily sales, cash management, sales reporting)
• Take ownership of the assigned areas of administration by analyzing data; monitoring variances; identifying trends and recommending actions to management
• Organize financial data into useable information and maintain up to date records
• Meet accounting operational standards; resolve problems; identify system/process improvements and efficiencies
• Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls
• Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing targets as needed
• Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned based on the need of the organization

Who are we looking for?

This role is ideal for MBO graduates and junior HBO professionals who are ready to grow within finance.

• MBO or HBO in Financial/Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Basic knowledge or experience with accounting/software systems such as Exact (or willingness to learn)
• Accurate and thorough work mentality
• Analytical skills and proactive mindset
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Work well under pressure and able to meet deadlines
• Finance associates have to be flexible in that tasks can be interchangeable
• Self-motivated and service oriented
• Able to work flexible hours
