Accounting Manager

We Are Hiring!
Join our team at Caribbean Palm Village Resort as an Accounting Manager and play a key role in shaping the financial future of our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Ensure cost control and compliance with government regulations
- Prepare financial reports for the General Manager and Board of Directors
- Maintain regulatory compliance and uphold financial integrity
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in the hotel industry is a plus
- Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
Skills Required
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
