We are a chill & welcoming café in Aruba known for great food, friendly service, and a positive team environment. We’re growing and are looking for a reliable, energetic Kitchen Helper to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Basic food preparation (washing, cutting, prepping and cooking ingredients)
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, overall areas of cafe and equipments.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Receive and organize deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Support the kitchen team during busy hours

Requirements

• Experience in a kitchen setting is a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid Green Card and Work Permit
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
