About the vacancy
We are a chill & welcoming café in Aruba known for great food, friendly service, and a positive team environment. We’re growing and are looking for a reliable, energetic Kitchen Helper to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Basic food preparation (washing, cutting, prepping and cooking ingredients)
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, workstations, overall areas of cafe and equipments.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen setting is a plus, but not required (we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid Green Card and Work Permit
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
