We are seeking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving inquiries, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquires via phone, email and face to face - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally - Provide accurate information and guidance to customers -

Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation - Participate in team efforts to improve customer service processes - Make Airwaybills - Cheking shipment content following procedures - Counter Sale.

Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem solving and decision making abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems - Positive and empathetic attitude - Able to engage with client in Papiamento, Dutch, English and Spanish - Work with Microsoft Office.
