We Are Hiring!

Caribbean Palm Village Resort is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team and help ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to company standards
• Make beds and change linens and towels
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize bathrooms
• Replenish guest room supplies and amenities
• Ensure rooms are properly arranged and fully stocked
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to supervisors
• Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and presentation before guest occupancy
• Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs
• Follow health, hygiene, and safety procedures
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment in good condition
• Handle lost and found items according to company procedures
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and other departments
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to guests

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or room attendant role
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic communication skills
