As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, answering questions about products and services, and driving sales performance. This role combines product expertise with exceptional customer service to create outstanding in-store experiences. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, and committed to honest, professional conduct.

Responsibilities

-Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout their in-store experience.

-Meet and exceed established sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and introducing current promotions.

-Demonstrate strong product knowledge to effectively guide customers and assist with merchandise selection.

-Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle special orders, price changes, and customer complaints.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

-Offer the Pandora Preferred Card to customers where applicable to support in-store sales targets.

Requirements

-High school diploma or GED.

-One year of specialty retail sales experience preferred.

-POS system knowledge preferred; basic computer literacy an asset.

-Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
