About Us

We are a fast-growing Catamaran Company and restaurants company in Aruba, dedicated to helping brands expand their reach and maximize growth. To support our team and business expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Ensure compliance with Aruba’s labor laws and company policies.
• Develop HR strategies to support company growth and staff retention.
• Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees.
• Manage petty cash

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist (3+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of Aruba labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bilingual (English & Papiamento/Dutch/Spanish) preferred.
