Total is a leading financial institution dedicated to providing top-tier financial services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the financial team, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
  • Perform data entry and manage databases accurately.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Proficiency in accounting software, Exact is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and basic accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.


Education & Experience:

  • MBO/EPI diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
