About the vacancy
Total is a leading financial institution dedicated to providing top-tier financial services to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the financial team, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and organize financial records, documents, and reports.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
- Perform data entry and manage databases accurately.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a financial institution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Proficiency in accounting software, Exact is a plus.
- Knowledge of financial principles and basic accounting is a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education & Experience:
- MBO/EPI diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
