ATCO Aruba is seeking an experienced and reliable Skid Steer Operator to support our civil works, and site operations. The operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of skid steer loaders to move materials, maintain work areas, and civil works.

Key Responsibilities

·        Operate skid steer loaders & other heavy equipment safely and efficiently

·        Load, move, and stockpile aggregates, soil, debris, and materials

·        Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks

·        Report mechanical issues, damages, or safety concerns immediately

·        Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

·        Follow site instructions, safety rules, and work plans

Requirements

·        Proven experience operating skid steer loaders & Front wheel Loaders

·        Knowledge of safe equipment operation and site awareness

·        Physically fit and able to work outdoors

·        Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented

·        Willingness to follow instructions and company procedures

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

·        Experience in civil works.

·        Familiarity with construction sites and heavy equipment

·        Basic mechanical understanding
