Administrative Assistant
Sales & Marketing Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our growing sales and marketing company. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our team’s success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales & marketing team
- Handle emails, scheduling, and document preparation
- Assist with client communication and follow-ups
- Maintain organized records and databases
- Support daily office operations and projects as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Prior administrative experience preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
