Join our team as an Operations Coordinator

Full-Time |Wholesale & Distribution| Location: Oranjestad, Aruba

Do you have experience working in a busy warehouse or distribution environment? We're looking for an Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Manager and help keep daily operations running smoothly at our wholesale facility.

About the role

You’ll play an important part in making sure everything flows—from managing incoming containers and coordinating deliveries to maintaining the warehouse and equipment. Your work will help reduce delays, improve efficiency, and ensure our customers get the reliable service they expect.

What you’ll be doing

* Coordinating daily warehouse and logistics activities, including container flow, order picking, and deliveries

* Working with different teams to keep operations running smoothly without interruptions

* Overseeing cleaning, maintenance, and regular inspections of the facility and equipment

* Monitor and report maintenance of fleet & machinery

Skills that will help you succeed!

• * Experience with warehouse management systems like Exact, Boxwise, or similar software is a plus
• * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• * Strong organizational skills , attention to detail and solution focused mindset
• * Comfortable using technology to track and manage operations

What we’re looking for

* Experience in wholesale, logistics, or distribution environments

* Eligible to work in Aruba (valid work permit or Aruban citizenship)

* 2 - 3 years in an operations or coordinator role

* Good communication skills and a practical, get-things-done attitude

* Languages : Papiamento. Spanish and English are a plus.

* Must have own transportation
