Objectives

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in marketing and brand management

You will help run fun promotions, share useful info about the market with the sales team, and support brand activities in stores, like special events and marketing campaigns. This is not your regular desk job! At least one third of your time you will be in the market, preparing brand events, visiting different stores to see how things are going and find ways we can grow our brands.

You will help with everyday tasks to keep our marketing projects run smoothly and come up with creative ideas and smart ways to promote our products and brands.

You will work closely with the commercial team and keep them updated on what you are doing.

Requirements

·        A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus—but we value your potential and enthusiasm just as much

·        0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, traineeships, or entry-level roles in marketing or sales are welcome)

·        Eagerness to learn and support planning, execution, and tracking of projects or initiatives

·        Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with different teams

·        Interest in working with numbers and learning how data can drive decisions

·        Must have your own transportation

·        Proficient in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

* Execute marketing plans and initiatives as directed by the management team

* Monitor and report on marketing programs and market trends

* Coordinate distribution of promotional materials and in-store branding activities

* Support daily merchandising and brand presentation efforts
