All-Around Maintenance Technician

Aruba Boutique & Art Hotel is looking for a reliable and experienced All-Around Maintenance Technician to join our team.

We are seeking a hands-on professional with experience in hotel maintenance, pool care, pest control/fumigation, and garden maintenance who takes pride in keeping our property beautiful, safe, and operating smoothly for our guests.

Responsibilities

• General hotel maintenance and repairs
• Pool maintenance and water quality control
• Pest control and fumigation services
• Garden and landscaping maintenance
• Preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
• Troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and minor repair issues
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the property
• Assisting with emergency maintenance requests when needed

Requirements

• Experience in hotel or property maintenance
• Knowledge of pool systems and maintenance
• Experience with pest control/fumigation procedures
• Gardening and landscaping experience
• Basic plumbing and electrical skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to communicate in English (Spanish and/or Papiamento is a plus)
