We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our boutique hotel team.

Position Details

• Position: Front Desk Agent
• Schedule: 48 hours per week
• Workdays: 6 days per week

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
• Handle reservations and guest inquiries
• Answer phone calls and emails professionally
• Provide excellent customer service and local recommendations
• Coordinate with housekeeping and management
• Process payments and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• English required; Spanish and/or Dutch/Papiamento is a plus
• Experience in hospitality or front desk service preferred
