The Supervisor supports the store management team in overseeing daily store operations. This role combines hands-on customer service leadership with staff development and operational oversight to drive store performance.

Responsabilities

-Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and coach associates to uphold the same standard.

-Assist management in maintaining store standards across sales performance, merchandising, scheduling, and housekeeping.

-Supervise, train, and develop sales associates, providing ongoing performance coaching and feedback.

-Demonstrate and share in-depth product knowledge, guiding the team to do the same.

-Ensure all business operations—including register functions, inventory control, special orders, and returns—are conducted with integrity and accuracy.

-Follow opening and closing procedures and oversee exchange and return processes.

Requirements

-High school diploma or GED, or at least one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

-2 years of specialty retail experience preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher) and inventory software.
