The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring that products are properly displayed in retail stores to maximize sales. This includes planning, organizing, and implementing merchandising strategies, maintaining stock levels, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring product visibility and attractiveness to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Neatly filling the shelves;
• Creating appealing and eye-catching product displays that highlight the features and benefits of the merchandise. This involves arranging products in a visually pleasing manner, utilizing props, signage, and other display materials;
• Mirroring the products;
• Helping customers find the right product;
• Checking the product (quality, correct label, expiration date, etc.)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred;
• You have a flexible attitude and a presentable appearance;
• You are polite and service-oriented: you know how to help every customer to the best of your ability;
• You are physically fit and motivated to work!
• Language skills in Dutch, Papiamentu and English, both oral and written;
• Available during the week, evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and vacations.
