Your Role as Manager

As a Manager Accountancy & Advisory, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality financial services while leading and mentoring teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and co-execute assignments;
  • Lead and execute compilation, review, and/or audit teams, as well as manage the administrations carried out by assistants;
  • Independently advise clients and ensure good communication and documentation, in consultation with management and the team when necessary;
  • Identify potential problems and bottlenecks with clients, and provide solutions, whether or not through third parties;
  • Support the realization of budgets and timely reporting to Management;
  • Participate in special assignments;
  • Support the preparation of reports such as management letters and reports resulting from specifically agreed-upon work;
  • Assist in coaching, guiding, and/or leading and motivating assistants and other employees;
  • Support the acquisition process;
  • Ensure additional work on an assignment is properly processed by the team in time registrations, discuss budget overruns with clients, and handle invoicing;
  • Perform ad hoc assignments both at clients and at our office.


 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
  • HBO/WO working and thinking level with five years of relevant work experience;
  • Completed post-Master Accountancy or comparable study;
  • Problem-solving, communicative, and analytically strong;
  • Practically oriented and proactive attitude;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.
