Your Role as a (Senior) Tax Advisor

At BDO Aruba, tax advising is more than just compliance—it’s about understanding clients’ goals and creating strategic solutions. With your expertise, you’ll guide clients through all tax areas, ensuring they receive comprehensive and forward-thinking advice.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Tax Law (LL.M.) or Tax Economics (M.Sc.) from a Dutch university, or completion of a federation or supervisory program.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience for a Tax advisor) or 2-5 years of relevant work experience for a Senior tax advisor.
• A passion for taxation and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (Spanish and Papiamento are a plus).
