Manchebo Beach Resort & Spa is a 4.5-star boutique wellness resort on Aruba’s iconic Eagle Beach, renowned for its exceptional dining. We’re seeking a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef to help lead kitchen operations and deliver outstanding culinary experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily kitchen operations in collaboration with the Executive Chef
  • Ensure high standards in food quality, safety (HACCP), and presentation across all outlets
  • Train, motivate, and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive, professional environment
  • Maintain inventory levels and support cost control and menu development
  • Respond to guest feedback and actively contribute to improving kitchen service
  • Lead by example with a strong work ethic, hygiene, and attention to detail
  • Step in when needed—this is a leadership and a hands-on role


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of 3 years in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef or similar)
  • Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
