Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Handyman to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in general maintenance work and demonstrate strong teamwork, self-motivation, good communication skills, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities and equipment are maintained in excellent condition, creating a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment, facilities, and guest rooms (plumbing, electrical.)
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment in clean and safe condition
Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front desk teams
Report any major repairs or issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager
Support in setting up or moving furniture and equipment as needed

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a general maintenance or handyman role.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
A trustworthy and reliable individual with good time management
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
