Caribbean Palm Village Resort is seeking a skilled and dependable Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team

and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and staff
• Assign cleaning duties and inspect completed work for quality standards
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are clean and well maintained
• Monitor housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment inventory
• Train and guide housekeeping attendants on cleaning procedures and safety standards
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and health & safety regulations
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related complaints promptly
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
• Support housekeeping operations during busy periods when required
• Maintain housekeeping reports and documentation
• Coordinate with front office, laundry, and maintenance departments
• Promote teamwork and high standards of customer service

Qualifications Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor
• Ability to work independently
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
