Responsibilities:

• Checking incoming goods;
• Receiving incoming goods;
• Processing raw materials;
• Portioning processed meat into desired quantities for orders/customers;
• Trimming, deboning, removing membranes, etc. from technical cuts;
• Mixing and stuffing sausages;
• Marinating, cooking, heating, etc. of products;
• Smoking, cooking and/or scalding sausages;
• Packaging semi-finished and finished products;
• Recording and accounting for quantities used;
• Cleaning the work environment and used equipment, and noting any irregularities or defects.

Requirements:

• Completed MAVO education or equivalent;
• Passion for food;
• Hands-on mentality;
• Commercially minded;
• Able to work independently;
• Structured and detail-oriented;
• Flexible;
• Ambitious;
• Dutch language both spoken and written is a plus.
