As our Sales Agent, you are the front line in customer service. You will be the face of Charnel N.V. for our customers, the person that they will depend on to fulfill requests and provide services that best meet their needs. You will be responsible for (amongst others):

• Making daily customer visits to clinics, and pharmacies to introduce and sell our diverse product lines.
• Establish relationships with new customers
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Identify and respond to client needs
• Follow up on customer orders as necessary
• Staying updated on industry trends

Do you have the following characteristics?

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Has ability to take initiative and work independently
• A confident, charismatic, and professional approach to building long-term trust.

And do you have the following qualifications/competences/experience?

• MBO Level education
• Valid driving license
• Good understanding and control of relevant computer programs as well as MS Office programs;
• Fluency in Papiamento; English; Spanish; and Dutch Languages;
• 1 years of working experience in the field of sales;
• (Experience in the industry is a plus)
