Your Role

As a support professional, you’ll ensure smooth operations under the supervision of our partners, helping us work efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize correspondence, ensuring timely delivery.
• Organize and maintain agendas for management and partners.
• Handle calls professionally and assist clients at reception.
• Coordinate meetings and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Support risk management in financial compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Dutch and English; Spanish and Papiamento are a plus.
• Minimum HAVO education.
• A strong communicator who connects teams and disciplines.
• Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
