Mastercargo N.V. is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to strengthen our freight clearance and freight forwarding operations. In this role, you will coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure import cargo is received correctly, stored safely, and released efficiently for delivery or pickup, fully aligned with shipment references and clearance documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving, checking, labeling, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and release of cargo
• Ensure piece counts, condition checks, and discrepancies are recorded and followed up immediately
• Maintain accurate inventory/location control and disciplined warehouse administration
• Coordinate daily priorities with Customs Clearance, Operations, and Drivers to prevent delays
• Supervise and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and clean work standards
• Help prevent backlog by tracking open cargo and pushing next actions toward delivery/pickup

Requirements

• No experience required. Willing to learn and able to perform well under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and cargo identification
• Able to work under time pressure and take ownership of daily outcomes
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to lead and coordinate a team
