About the vacancy

Responsible for the preparation, seasoning and cooking of a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfast dishes and other food items.
  • Seasons and prepares a wide variety of foods s.a. vegetables, fruits, meats, soups, salads according to prescribed recipes
  • Slices, grinds and cooks meats and vegetables using cooking methods
  • Carves and displays meats, vegetables, fruits and salads, replenishes service line as necessary
  • Informs Chef or F&B Manager of food items running out of stock for immediate replenishment
  • Prepares and bakes simple pastries and rolls
  • Maintains clean work areas, utensils and equipment
  • Attends monthly departmental meetings
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
  • Performs other similar or related duties as necessary
  • Follow up on the requisition of the station


  • Requirements
  • Min. 2 years experience as a First Cook
  • Able to read and follow recipes
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
  • Team player
  • Customer service oriented
