About the Role

Join our Housekeeping team as a Temporary Room Attendant and help create exceptional first impressions for our guests.

You will be responsible for maintaining guest rooms to Amsterdam Manor's high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation while contributing to the warm hospitality that makes every stay memorable.

Requirements

• High school (EPB) diploma preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules

What You'll Do

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to hotel standards
• Replace amenities and replenish supplies
• Report maintenance issues and lost & found items
• Ensure guest requests are handled professionally
• Support sustainability initiatives, including towel reuse and water conservation
• Work closely with the Housekeeping team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
