Renova Spa is seeking for a Spa Operation Manager (Female or Male)

 

 


Roles & Responsibilities:

 

●    Oversee and responsible for all the aspects of the day spa.

●    Strong leadership skills.

●    Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

●    Coordinate programs, create staff schedules and delegate the staff.

●    Coordinate briefings, monthly meetings with the staff.

●    Handle conflicts or issues related to staff or customers.

●    Accountable for overall performance, sustainability, and profitability of the business at the spa.

●    Having a big picture vision that allows you to identify future strategies and    trends, a keen eye for detail is essential.

●    Build a positive business relationship with all internal and external suppliers to meet common business goals.

●    You must have a passion for the job.

 

 

Our ideal applicant must have several years of experience in cosmetology or spa management, and love for the spa industry.
