Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finished carpentry from beginning to end including new construction, maintenance and repair
• Build, repair and install counters, cabinets, benches, partitions, floors, doors, building framework and trim
• Install glass in windows, doors, portions and other items
• Replace damaged ceiling tile, floor tile and wall coverings
• Keep all carpentry machines in good working condition
• Prepare props for banquets and functions as requested
• Maintenance and installation of locks

Requirements and Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma preferred but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in Carpentry
• Can understand and speak Papiamento, English and Dutch
• Has knowledge of methods and procedures in construction, repair and remodeling
• Has knowledge of tools and materials used in (custom) carpentry
• Strong physical condition
• Has a Dutch Passport or a valid work permit
