AIVR (Aruba Island Vacation Rental), part of the RE/MAX Aruba family, manages beautiful homes and apartments across Aruba for international property owners. 

We’re looking for a detail-driven, proactive Financial Administrator to support our growing team.

 What You’ll Do

• Oversee the full financial administration for each property or apartment.
• Record and manage property expenses, including maintenance, taxes, and utilities.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax payments on behalf of owners.
• Track and reconcile monthly rental and vacation income.
• Process commission payments to partners and service providers.
• Maintain accurate financial records and transactions in QuickBooks.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management and property owners.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in financial administration or bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks (required).
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent accuracy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English & Dutch) is a strong advantage.
