Join our Operations team and help ensure the reliable and efficient operation of Aruba's wastewater treatment facilities. As an STP Plant Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining plant performance, troubleshooting equipment, optimizing processes, and contributing to the protection of public health and the environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sewage treatment plant processes.
• Inspect equipment and identify minor malfunctions.
• Perform routine operational checks and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor contractor activities and maintain accurate operational records.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and team members to maintain efficient plant operations.

What We're Looking For

• MBO Diploma or equivalent vocational qualification in a technical field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar technical or industrial role.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work shift schedules, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
