Job Summary

The Copy Center Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with all copy, print, and document-related services. This role ensures high-quality output, timely service delivery, and excellent customer support while operating printing equipment, managing orders, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers professionally and provide guidance on available printing and copying services.
• Assist customers with placing orders, understanding project requirements, and selecting the best solutions.
• Maintain a friendly and supportive approach when handling customer questions or concerns.
• Communicate expectations clearly regarding turnaround times, pricing, and order details.

Copy & Print Operations

• Operate digital printers, copiers, finishing equipment (laminators, binders, cutters, etc.).
• Scan, print, bind, laminate, and assemble documents based on customer specifications.
• Ensure all printed materials meet company quality standards before delivery.
• Prepare quotations and ensure order details are entered accurately into the system.
• Maintain knowledge of paper types, finishing options, and specialty printing features.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in customer service or retail environment.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, email, file handling).
• Ability to learn and operate printing/copying equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Experience in a copy center, print shop, or similar environment.
• Familiarity with digital printing software (Fiery, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
• Knowledge of finishing techniques (binding, laminating, trimming).
• MS, CorelDraw and Adobe (Illustrator, Acrobat and Photoshop)
