About the Job:
Prepare and serve beverages according to Standards while creating a memorable, welcoming, and professional guest experience.
Hospitality standards: warm, thoughtful, and professional service.
Stay aware of trends, local offerings, and evolving guest preferences.
Act as a host of the space, not just a beverage preparer.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to quality expectations.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum EPB
Experience: Minimum 1 year of bartending or related experience.
Licenses: Alcohol service certification (varies by location; recommended).
Skills:
- Strong guest service orientation
- Knowledge of drink preparation
- Ability to multitask and communicate clearly
- Cash‑handling accuracy
- Detail‑oriented and proactive
